1. Are the roses real or artificial?The roses used in our products are foam based roses, with the look of real roses.

2. How many large flowers will I get in my letter?This will depend on the letter you have ordered, but we make sure you get a minimum of 5 large roses.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?Products roughly take 10-14 days to be created, a email will be sent to you when your order is out for delivery. Delivery can take 3-5 days.

4. Do the letters/numbers stand up on their own?Depending on the shape some letters/numbers can stand up alone, however some cant stand alone -we recommend a photo hanging strip to be placed on the bottom to help them stand. Also we provide a screw and hook for easy wall hanging.

5. How many car/planes/boats do I get in my letter?This depends on the size of the letter but minimum is 6 toys per letter. If you would prefer certain colours please leave a message in the request box.

6. Do you do deals for more than one letter?We do a deal for 3 or more letters. Please contact us to sort out a promo code.

7. Can I get my order sooner? I need it for the weekend.Please contact us, to see if this is possible. It all depends on what we have in stock and how busy we are, but we will always try and get orders out quickly.

8. Do you do any other colours? You don't have the one I want.The flower colours we have are set in stone. For paint colours, please contact us and let us know what shade you are after and we will try and cater for your needs. We are currently adding more glitter colours.

9. Do you ship anywhere else but the U.K?Unfortunately at the moment we only ship to the U.K
